On Jan.22nd, 2013, a delegation that analyzed the actuality of non-public-ownership enterprise’s political thought education headed by Zhuang Congsheng, member of party group and vice president of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce visited Loncin Motor Co., Ltd. industrial B area to survey Loncin’s political thought education and development status, which accompanied by Liu Jiefeng, member of party group and vice president of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce.

This delegation came to the showroom of Loncin Motor Co., Ltd. firstly to visit generator, motor, engine, quadricycle and so on. Zhuang Congsheng asked Loncin’s production and sales status, and listened to actual performance of innovation growth of Loncin Motor Co., Ltd. He said that Loncin being recorded Classic Cases of How Chinese Enterprises Adjusted Industrial Structure and Changed the Mode of Growth showed Loncin’s practice should be spread and affirmed. Then, the delegation visited some production areas like the busy assembly line.

Then, they came to employee activity center and watched a series of videos like 2012 Loncin’s Top Ten Influential Events, 2012 Reflection of Loncin’s Industrial Development, Loncin Party Construction Documentary. They also went to employees’ electronic reading room on third floor. And they registered in Loncin’s party building site and scanned landing pages like “Loncin inovation 6+1 theme activity”、 “Party committee learned the spirit of the Eighteenth Congress and improving personal cultivation”、 “Loncin party building study corner” carefully. They also visited party members’ playroom、training room and reading room. After the visiting, Zhuang Congsheng was happy and he said he learned a lot here. As one of important private enterprises in Chongqing, Loncin developed steadily. Every industry pillars all had a long-term plan and potential. The work was effective. Ideological political work was steady; cases were vivid and hd so many highlights, which provided a strong guarantee for enterprise development, harmonious labor relations, and social impact. He pointed out that as the only non-public-ownership enterprise’s “National Model Grass-roots Party Organization”, Loncin party committee should play an exemplary and motivational role. And they should obey party building thought of “service firm, service staff” and continue exploration and innovation to provide useful development experience for non-public ownership enterprises.
